“When you hear Cynthia's voice, you stop and listen. She has a stage presence that gets the crowd involved and having fun. Her vibe and stylings are perfect for a small tasting room or a crowd of hundreds! I highly recommend her musical talents for any venue."” - Denise Cotinola, Timbre Winery Tasting Room Manager
“The very first time I met and worked with Cynthia Ford, was in my studio in pre-production with Stereo Chickens for their forthcoming EP. I remember going over to her on our first break letting her know I was paying attention to how good a singer I thought she was. Many years down the road now and the world gets to hear how terrific she is. Cynthia is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside and everyone can feel it and hear it when she performs.” - Gary Lux, Producer/Engineer Tubby Tunes Music, Inc.
“Cynthia Ford is a remarkably talented performer. She brings joy, passion, skill, and professionalism whenever she graces my venue. She brings a sense of urgency and energy that the audience feeds upon, as well as a lively sense of humor. She is the real deal!” - Charlie Puffer, Puffer's of Pismo
Cynthia Ford is a self-taught musician that has written and performed music her entire life. She bagan her career as a teen and went on to front the Cynthia Ford Band in Los Angeles. She consistently sold out many iconic venues in Los Angeles such as Rusty's Surf Ranch and Edgemar Center for the Arts.
Shortly after relocating to the Central Coast, she was featured in SLO Life Magazine. While playing solo, she caught the eye of Ken McMeans, a country music agent and performer, who asked her to join his Americana band Stereo Chickens in 2017. While Cynthia was in the band, they have been featured on WSM radio and charted at #25 on the itunes Country charts.
Cynthia moved to Atlanta for a short time yet still toured with the Stereo Chickens. While in Atlanta she was invited to perform with the Atlanta Ballet as a guest of the renown Spellman College Choir under the direction of Dr. Kevin Johnson.
Cynthia moved back to the Central Coast and in early 2022 she amiciably parted ways with the Stereo Chickens as she wanted to pursue her solo career. She plays multiple instruments, writes, and performs her own music, as well as many of the most popular Country/Americana songs.
